Proper Gander Account and/or Data Deletion
This page explains how users of the Proper Gander property-management app can delete their account or specific data. You can delete your full account (including all associated data) or choose to remove selected data categories while keeping your account active.
How to delete your account
- Sign in below using your Proper Gander credentials.
- Click Delete my account & data.
- Confirm when prompted.
- Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
How to delete specific data only
- Sign in below using your Proper Gander credentials.
- Scroll to the Delete selected data section.
- Select one or more data categories to delete.
- Click Delete selected data to confirm.
What happens to your data
- Deleted immediately: Properties, tasks, notifications, profile document, and uploaded files.
- Retained temporarily: Encrypted backups for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
- Retained indefinitely: None.
Data deletion requests can also be made by emailing properganderapp@gmail.com.
Delete entire account
Heads up: This will delete your account, your properties, tenants, tasks, notes, and any files you uploaded. This cannot be undone.
Delete selected data only
Choose what to remove. Your account will stay active.
